Processing Your Handcrafted Order

All orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification are obtained. My pieces are all handmade with care, ensuring your international jewelry shipping experience is seamless. Please note that it may take up to 21 days to hand-craft each piece in my workshop.
 

Standard International Delivery

Items are available for shipping to the USA, Europe and Australia via DHL. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.

Once I ship your package you will receive an email with a tracking number so you may monitor the status of your package online.

Shipping Costs

Free standard international shipping to USA, Europe and Australia on purchases from 300$ and above
 

Custom and Duty Charges

 

Products shipped outside of Israel may be obligated to charges enforced by local regulation. Therefore the recipient of the products is responsible for all customs and import duties required for the export of their goods.

Any additional taxes, fees or other charges required to clear the parcel through customs will be paid in full by the recipient.

Unfortunately, I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. As a result I will be unable to advise or provide any assistance on these processes.

How can I measure my wrist?

If you already have one of my bracelets, you can place it next to a ruler, take a picture of it and send it to me so that i can let you know about the exact size. iI you are a new  customer, you can measure another bracelet that you may have and feel comfortable in.  A common size for a woman’s wrist is 6"-7" inches 16-18 cm while a common size for a man’s wrist is 7.5" - 8.5" inches 19-21cm.

What are the cords made of?

They are Cotton wax threads designed to be worn everyday, in all aspects of life. However, as they are made of fabric, depending on their use, they might eventually need to be "refreshed" sooner or later.

My jewellery broke. What can I do?

Please send me a picture of your jewellery that needs to be repaired to shop@talyamor.shop
I will then inform you about the cost and procedure.

Can I track my online order?

A shipping notification with tracking details will be sent via email after your order has shipped.
