Your satisfaction with my handcrafted jewelry is my top priority. As each piece in my collection is custom-made for every order, items are generally non-refundable.

 

However, I want you to love your jewelry. Within 10 days of receiving your order, you may request an exchange for a different piece of equal or higher value. Please note that customers are responsible for additional shipping fees and any price difference. Returns for exchange will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and the item is in a resalable condition.
