Return/Exchange Policy:

Your satisfaction with My jewelry is my top priority.

As all the pieces of my collection are custom made for each order, they are not refundable. 

However, within 10 days of their receipt, you can request to have them returned and exchanged for a different piece of equal or higher value, after paying for the additional shipping fees and the price difference, if any. 

Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a resalable condition. All exchanges are subject to availability.

All of the jewelry in my collection has been hand-fabricated. As with any product, natural wear and tear or an accident might result in a piece of jewelry becoming damaged or broken. I urge you to send anything in this condition back to me for evaluation. Once I look at the piece, I will determine what course of action to take. This process may take 10 days and, depending on the situation, it may have an associated charge . Please e mail me for repair instructions.
